Payment for personalised products is required at the time of ordering. Digital proofs of bespoke designs will be shared with you (by email or social contacts as applicable) before printing. Once items have been confirmed by yourself, they are non-refundable unless faulty - we cannot accept returns on personalised/custom items. The estimated dispatch date stated on any invoice/order form is only applicable if payment is received within 24 hours, if payment is received after this time, your stated dispatch date may change. If you have ordered personalised clothing/promotional items, we may have to order these in from external suppliers before we can personalise them. Whilst we have carefully selected suppliers with good stock levels and quick supply timelines, on occasion there can be supply issues. We will always keep you informed of any changes to lead times for personalised products.
These products will ship no later than the next working day, these items are not personalised, so will not include any business/personal details. These items are perfect for a wide range of occasions and businesses, if you do see something you like the look of, but would like personalised to suit your event/business, please contact us to discuss.
Dispatch and Delivery
In the event of any delay from our suppliers (where applicable), we will contact you to inform you of this as soon as possible - please be aware that this may be after your payment has been made, and may cause your estimated dispatch date to be altered. If you require your order by a certain date, and this has not already been agreed with us directly, please ensure this is communicated to us before you pay for your products, to allow any changes (if applicable) to be made for postage options and rush order charge. Returns/refunds cannot be issued if an item arrives later than expected - if you do experience issues, please contact us and we will follow this up with Royal Mail or the relevant Courier service (our preferred couriers are Hermes for UK orders and UPS for international orders). All orders are sent using tracked services to ensure that all orders are delivered correctly.
